Fermented for three days, this noble variety of cocoa preserves its nutritional properties in the best possible way and provides an unmistakable taste and aroma. The recipes are the result of the collaboration between our researchers and master chocolatier Mirco della Vecchia. With the goodness of the functional ingredients and the well-being they bring, these recipes delight with an intensely pleasant flavour.

Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L. - seed), Natural flavouring, Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L. - root), Common chicory (Cichorium intybus L. - root), Carob (Ceratonia Siliqua L. - fruit), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum (L.) Maton. - fruit), Coconut powder (Cocos nucifera L. - fruit), Natural flavouring (1.5%), Allspice (Pimenta dioica L. Merr. - fruit), Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni - leaf). We select the finest varieties of cocoa, with rich, unique aromatic notes, from the best plantations in south America.

Modalità d'uso

To brew an excellent herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Leave to steep for 5 minutes and then sweeten as desired. For a sublime and unique flavour, use milk instead of water: place one teabag in 150 ml of boiling milk and steep for 8 minutes.
