Vitamin PP
Vitamin PP, also called Vitamin B3 or niacin, is one of the so-called water-soluble vitamins, those that cannot accumulate in the body, but must be consumed regularly as part of one’s diet.
Vitamin PP is essential for cell respiration, promotes blood circulation, acts as a skin protector, and is very useful in the digestion process.
It also plays a key role against stress, which is a well-known phenomenon: in recent years, disorders caused by excessive nervous tension have been steadily increasing.
The causes are numerous: for example, stress may be caused by a hectic everyday life, or psychological tensions due to work or family issues.
Vitamin PP, or niacin, is found in white meat, spinach, peanuts, beef liver, brewer's yeast, and some fish including salmon, swordfish, and tuna.
