- VALERIAN, which has been known and appreciated for its beneficial virtues since ancient times and is native to the wooded regions of Europe, is known for its beautiful pink flowers that decorate the fields in spring, creating an elegant and colourful mantle. The root, the active part of the plant, is characterised by an intense and at first particularly pungent aroma, due to the presence of isovaleric acid. The root's aroma is, however, accompanied by an enveloping taste and calming and relaxing properties, ideal for providing moments of intense and pleasant relaxation.
- L'Angelica researchers have enriched the formulation with LEMON BALM, a plant known for its positive effect on mental well-being.
INGREDIENTS: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L. - root), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L. - leaf).

HOW TO USE: For an excellent Valerian herbal tea, use one filter per cup (200 ml), add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the filter. Leave to infuse for about 3-5 minutes and sweeten to taste. The herbal tea can be taken up to three times a day. Also try it cold, it preserves its beneficial properties.
