HOW TO USE: For an excellent herbal tea, use one filter per cup (200 ml), add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the filter. Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes and sweeten to taste. It is recommended to take one cup of herbal tea 3 times a day. For a positive draining effect, it is recommended to consume the herbal tea for at least 3 weeks.
