Per 100 ml of infusion (the infusion is prepared with 1 teabag in 200 ml of water): Energy 0 kJ/0 Kcal, Fat 0 g of which saturates 0 g, Carbohydrate 0 g of which sugars 0 g, Fibre 0 g, Protein 0 g, Salt 0 g. Per 100 ml of infusion (the infusion has been prepared with 1 filter in 200 ml of water): Energy 1.01 kJ (0.24 kcal), Fat 0 g of which saturates 0 g, Carbohydrate 0.06 g of which sugars 0.02 g, Fibre 0.01 g, Protein 0 g, Salt 0 g.
To brew an excellent herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Leave to steep for 5 minutes and then sweeten as desired, preferably with honey. Take 2 cup of herbal tea a day, preferably after meals.
