HOW TO USE: For an excellent herbal tea, use one filter per cup (200 ml), add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the filter. Leave to infuse for about 3-5 minutes and sweeten to taste. It is recommended to take up to 2 herbal tea filters per day whenever you feel the need. Also try it cold, it preserves its beneficial properties.
