Information Right of withdrawal and return for defect or non-compliance

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you received the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform Coswell s.p.a, with registered office in Via P. Gobetti, 4 40050 Funo di Argelato (Bo), of your decision by sending a statement to the e-mail address: support@angelica.it indicating your request.

You will receive a return form to complete your request, fill it in and send it to L'Angelica Consumer Service. Once the request is confirmed, follow the instructions and remember to put the completed return form in the package, complete with the "Return Authorization Code (RMA)" that you will receive from our Customer Service, along with the product and send it to:

To comply with the withdrawal period, simply send the request by email within 14 days of receipt of the order.

After receiving the "return authorization code" you have up to 14 days to send the package.

Upon withdrawal you will receive a refund of the payments made, inclusive of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when Coswell s.p.a receives the goods and verifies the validity of the withdrawal. Said refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used by You for the initial transaction, unless You request a refund using a different means of payment, in which case You shall bear any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment chosen by You. Refunds may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

If you have received the goods, you are requested to return them to Coswell s.p.a. without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.

Return for defect or non-conformity

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care to request your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) by sending the return form, filled out in its entirety, and attaching a photographic proof.
