Pear

Reduces the risk of osteoporosis, improves reflex readiness, stimulates the evacuation of cholesterol
Pears come from plants of the genus Pyrus, of which the most common species is the Pyrus communis. Rich in calcium and boron, they help to hinder osteoporosis and to lower cholesterol. The good folic acid content makes the pear a highly recommended fruit during pregnancy

Their laxative effect is certainly useful in cases of constipation, it can become a problem if you suffer from intestinal disorders, primarily colitis or irritable bowel syndrome
Thanks to its Vitamin A content, pear is useful in fighting skin ageing (along with Vitamin E) and protecting the eyes, and improving eyesight.

Rich in calcium, pears reduce the risk of osteoporosis and hinder the process of rarefaction of bone tissue due to gradual demineralisation.

They also contain a large amount of boron, an ally of the brain, improving reflex readiness and the ability to store knowledge and preserve memories.

Pears also contain a lot of fibre: 2 pears are enough to cover 32% of the daily requirement.

Most of it is found in the skin, which is why eating the fruit without peeling it allows you to get all the benefits, including the cholesterol-lowering effect.

This particular virtue is due to the type of fibre known by the name of pectin

It has a high energising power, due to the presence of sugars and Vitamins B1 and B2, which promote the recovery of strength
