Melatonin Triple Action is the L'Angelica dietary supplement indicated when falling asleep is difficult.
It is effective on 3 levels, for complete action: Melatonin, enriched by the action of Tryptophan, promotes sleep. Eschscholzia promotes relaxation and Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.
Presentation: 40 tablets
L-Tryptophan, dried extract of Eschscholzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham. - herb) titrated to 0.2% in protopine, Stabiliser: Microcrystalline cellulose; Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate and Silicon dioxide; Melatonin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride). Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Contains maltodextrin.
Directions for use: Adults should take one capsule in the evening before going to bed. The effect of melatonin on reducing the time required to fall asleep is achieved with 1 mg. If the product is used to alleviate the effects of jet lag, take one capsule, just before going to bed, on the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arriving at your destination. The effect of melatonin on jet lag is achieved with a minimum of 0.5 mg.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements must not be treated as a replacement for a varied, balanced diet but should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. The product must be kept out of the reach of children under three years. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before taking the supplement.
