Fermented for three days, this noble variety of cocoa effectively preserves its nutritional properties and provides an unmistakable taste and aroma. To brew an excellent herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Leave to steep for 5 minutes and then sweeten to taste. For a sublime and unique flavour, use milk instead of water: place one teabag in 150 ml of boiling milk and steep for 8 minutes.
