Modalità d'uso

To brew an excellent hot herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml), adding boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Leave to steep for 6-8 minutes and then sweeten to taste. Use at least 1-2 teabags a day. For a thirst-quenching summer drink, use 5 or 6 teabags per litre of drink, add boiling water and leave to steep for 6-8 minutes. Let the herbal tea cool and serve it cold, with ice cubes and a slice of orange or lemon.
