For an excellent herbal tea use one filter per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly on the filter. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes and sweeten to taste. To obtain a sublime and particular taste, use milk instead of water: put a filter in 150 ml of boiling milk and leave to infuse for 8 minutes.
