Maltodextrin, Dry Valerian Extract (VaIeriana officinalis L-root) titrated at 0.4% in Valerenic Acids, Stabiliser: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anti-caking agents: Magnesium Stearate and Silicon Dioxide. Vegetable capsule: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose.
Adults should take 1 or 2 capsules (as required ) per day thirty minutes before going to bed. To be used as needed.
