Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L. - flower), Red vine (Vitis vinifera L. - leaf), Nettle (Urtica dioica L. - leaf), Natural flavourings (concentrated strawberry juice 3.7%, concentrated raspberry juice 3.7%) 8.9%, Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo biloba L. - leaf), Elderberry (Sambucus nigra L. - fruit), Dog rose (Rosa canina L. - fruit) 5.6%, Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni - leaf), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix - flower).
To brew an excellent cold herbal tea, leave a teabag for 7 minutes in 200 ml of cold water or at room temperature. If necessary, use a spoon to ease the teabag into the water. If you are preparing a 500ml flask, use 2 teabags to maintain the best flavour. If desired, add ice or sweeten to taste. The recommended daily number of teabags per day is 2, at the time you prefer.
