Taro

It has diuretic benefits and calming properties, prevents cramps, and strengthens the immune system.
Taro (scientific name Colocasia), the tropical root very similar to the common potato. The term comes from Arabic and combines the terms "colon" and "Casein". In Italy, it is known as Chinese Taro, but its origin is Asian.
