Modalità d'uso

To brew an excellent herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Leave to steep for about 3-5 minutes and then sweeten as desired, preferably with honey. A cup of herbal tea is recommended 3 times a day. For an effective draining effect, the herbal tea should be drunk for at least 3 weeks. Try it cold - it does not lose its beneficial properties.
